Pricing FAQ
Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?
No. There's no minimum term. Start with a free Business Health Check — if you go on to the retainer, it's month-to-month from day one. Cancel any time; no penalty, no notice period beyond the current month.
Can I change tiers if my business grows?
Absolutely. As your business grows, we simply move you to the appropriate tier — no penalty for moving up.
Are all prices GST exclusive?
Yes — all prices shown are in NZD and exclude GST. GST at 15% is added to all invoices. As a GST-registered business you may be able to claim this back — we recommend checking with your accountant.
What if I'm not sure which tier I'm in?
Don't worry — we'll work it out together in your free Business Health Check. There's no pressure to self-select before we've had a chance to understand your business properly.
How does billing work?
The setup fee is invoiced once, at the start of your engagement. The monthly retainer is invoiced at the start of each month, with no minimum term — cancel any time. Flexible project work is invoiced separately once the scope is agreed and completed.
